William likes to work more then any 3 year old I know, or can remember. He will come to me in the day and say "mom I need to work." That usually means he wants me to move aside and to do whatever I am doing. If I am doing the wash, he wants to do the wash. If I am cooking, he wants to cook. If I am vacuuming, he wants to vacuum-you get the idea! Here are a few pictures of him in his work mode.
If you can't tell what these pictures show, it is Tide (dry) laundry soap he poured over all the clothes he helpfully dragged throughout the house. I think I lost a whole box of soap to my vacuum within a couple of days. Sure makes the vacuum smell nice!!
and when the work is all done, he plays basketball and tells me to sit and yell "go Willie go"!
or drives his train!
